Are you interested in helping to improve the health of your community? Are you enthusiastic and full of ideas about how to improve our services at Hawthorn Medical Centre?

We are keen to set up and develop a patient forum as a means of obtaining patient input into the ongoing running of the practice, including how we provide communication and information for patients, and improve our surgery environment and service. You’ll also be able to contribute to practice decisions and help monitor patient satisfaction.
