The Hawthorn Medical Centre website is owned and managed by Hope Citadel, a not for profit Community Interest Company (CIC) which provide primary and community healthcare for deprived communities in Greater Manchester (referred to as 'We' below).
In entering our site, you as a user ('You') are accepting our terms and conditions. Access and use of this website, constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions outlined below, which take effect from the date on which you first use this website.
